Elizabeth Elsbury, MBA, MA, NCC

Elizabeth is a pre-licensed professional counselor specializing in working with anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem/self-worth challenges, co-dependency, perfectionism, life transitions, and relationship concerns.  She also enjoys working with women around parenting issues (particularly those related to ADHD), midlife challenges, and professional work/life balance. Elizabeth is honored to empower women to live authentically from a place of freedom and wholeness as they pursue growth and healing in their life.

From her own lived experiences, Elizabeth understands the complexities of interpersonal relationships, the traps of perfectionism, and the pressure to live up to expectations.  After following the practical and expected path of a career in business, Elizabeth took a leap of faith to pursue her calling of being a therapist.

Elizabeth’s approach is to work collaboratively with women to help them uncover their authentic self, gain greater self-acceptance, and live more joyfully.  Through creating a safe, non-judgmental, and respectful space, Elizabeth desires to support clients in their journey to find greater peace, clarity, and confidence.

Prior to pursuing a degree in counseling, Elizabeth worked in the business world for almost two decades in strategy consulting, brand management, and HR management.  She graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Commerce and an MS in Accounting.  She also holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  Most recently, she graduated from Richmont Graduate University with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

As a pre-licensed professional counselor, Elizabeth works under the Direction and Supervision of Mazi Robinson, MS, LPC, CPCS, NCC (LPC 006005, CPCS 1433).

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Elizabeth loves being outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.  Elizabeth and her husband have lived in Atlanta for the past fifteen years and have three children.
