Template: 2020 has been filled with trials and questions, but the good news is that we are stronger than we think! We want to give our community the opportunity to discuss mental endurance, what it is, what it is NOT, and the tangible steps we can take to become more mentally and emotionally strong.
Cultivate Staff Therapist Mazi Robinson will lead you in this 4-week study, helping you to process and apply what you learn. Each week, you’ll receive a video covering designated chapters of the book, as well as a study guide with reflection questions and key takeaways.
