Enjoy this Replay of our September Gathering!
Everyone is Hanging Out Without Me…
and other lies I tell myself
Have you ever scrolled on social media and hit the brakes on a post that has everyone you know at a dinner… and you weren’t invited to the dinner? Have you ever been at an event where you’re laughing and having a good time but inside something feels off? Do you know a lot of people but don’t always feel known?
Many of us have these experiences or similar ones, and they leave us leave us second guessing, doubting ourselves, and a little confused. These experiences awaken a feeling that most of us really don’t like, try to avoid, and don’t even want to admit. We feel…lonely.
We are thrilled to share this replay of Mazi Robinson’s panel discussion with Andi O’Bryan and Cultivate therapist Sarah Collins as they discuss how loneliness is a signal, how to create connection, and being in relationship with ourselves and others.
Remember… loneliness tells us what we need. It does not tell us who we are.
Wait! We Have More for You!!
We have included extra resources for you! Below are links to the slides accompanying Mazi’s reflection at the end of the recording and a handout entitled
Tips for Creating Connection That Matters.
We hope these resources encourage and equip you.
